Work under the direction of electrical engineers to provide design support for the NEMA Motors business
Design of AC (Alternate Current) induction motors for various industrial applications
Generation of engineering analyses according to the Electrical Engineering discipline: electrical winding design, motor test data evaluation, electrical insulation analysis
Support of manufacturing processes as required, become familiar with Lean design and manufacturing principles
Manage own time and work activity while handling multiple projects and tasks
Work effectively in a team oriented environment

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics or must be actively enrolled in an accredited Electrical Engineering Bachelor's Degree curriculum and 0 to 5 years Engineering work experience; Electric motor experience a plus
• AutoCAD and/or Solid Works experience a plus
• SAP experience a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred
• Dependable, professional work ethic and team player required
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced work environment
